In addition to her teaching career, Trudy is an International Sports Science Association (ISSA)-certified fitness trainer, specializing in group fitness, senior fitness, corrective exercises, nutrition, and transformation. Her passion for food extends to the kitchen, where she has honed her skills as a mostly self-taught pastry chef, excelling in bread, cake, and pastry making.
